Welcome to Florida Clay Shooting. By booking or participating in any of our clay shooting experiences, lessons, or events, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or joining any activity.

1. General Agreement

By booking or participating in our clay shooting experiences, you confirm that you:

Are at least 16 years old, or accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 18.
Understand and agree to follow all safety rules and instructor guidance.
Accept that clay shooting involves physical activity and controlled firearm use.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who fails to comply with safety or conduct rules.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made online, by phone, or in person, as per availability.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
“No-shows” (failure to attend without notice) will not receive a refund.
In the event of extreme weather (e.g., thunderstorms), sessions may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

4. Safety & Conduct

Safety is our top priority. All guests must:

Follow instructions from the Certified Instructor at all times.
Keep firearms unloaded and pointed in a safe direction unless otherwise instructed.
Wear eye and ear protection provided during the session.
Abstain from alcohol or drugs before or during the activity.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises for unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.

5. Equipment & Property

All firearms, ammunition, and safety gear are provided unless stated otherwise.
Participants are responsible for using all equipment properly and returning it in good condition.
Any damage to property caused by negligence may be charged to the participant.

6. Group & Corporate Bookings

For larger groups, corporate events, or private sessions:

Custom packages may be arranged upon request.
A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
Group size and activity duration may vary based on availability.

7. Weather Policy

Our experience runs rain or shine, ensuring guests can enjoy the activity in most weather conditions. However, for safety reasons, sessions will be postponed or canceled in the event of thunderstorms or severe weather.
Participants will be contacted promptly to reschedule or receive a refund.
